Baker McMillan Architects

In May 2023, Bruce McMillan AIA Architects PA celebrated its 40th year in business serving Manhattan, Junction City, Wamego, and the state of Kansas. Having reached this milestone, the firm is entering this next decade by announcing the renaming of the firm to Baker McMillan Architects, P.A. Garric D. Baker, a 2013 graduate of the KSU College of Architecture, Planning, and Design acquired majority stock in the firm in November 2023. After ten years with the firm, and his licensure in both Kansas and Missouri in 2019, he began purchasing the firm from its founder Bruce McMillan. Bruce remains a stockholder with the firm and continues his work with past and present clients alike. The firm looks forward to this next chapter of serving our clients and the profession.
